Fon's Pest Management

I had a REALLY TERRIBLE flea infestation both outside and inside my rental house. There were children in the home who were experiencing flea bites, so it was particularly distressing. There were no pets in the family, but apparently the entire neighborhood was infested. It had apparently been caused by the sad fact that many feral cats had been breeding unattended and were wondering the neighborhood. The property does have a 6 foot fence, so go figure. It had to be the cats.
Fon's volunteered that usually one treatment would not suffice. I am aware that this is true because I have four animals, so I understand the heartiness of the flea to resist poisoning. along with its reproductive cycle. Fon's had a 45 day guarantee for their elimination of fleas. It rained the day they treated my property, so WITHOUT MY EVEN ASKING, (and knowing that the treatment would not sufficiently work, since it rained), they RETREATED my outside property again within 48 hours. There were still a few fleas remaining a month later, so I called them and the very next day they retreated BOTH the inside and the outside AGAIN at no charge, as promised in their 45 day guarantee. End result: the fleas were GONE and the children could play outside.
I have done business with Fon's Pest Management for years. You CANNOT BEAT their prices. They are courteous, punctual and very reliable. This is a locally owned Mom and Pop company; you do not speak with someone in Arizona or India. They care about doing a good job, and want to know if what they did was unacceptable so they can correct any mistakes made and kep their customer happy.

They were very quick in coming out because we had just bought a house and it needed a termite inspection. They were quick to come out and do what was needed in order to close. I had an issue because I thought there was more termite damage so I called him at 3 pm and he came out the next morning to check everything out. I actually didn't spend anything because the seller of the house had to pay. We are going to be keeping the contract with them and I think it's $100 a year for the termite contract. They come quarterly to relay the bait so we won't have any termites.

They are usually pretty much on time; the guy calls me and tells me he is going to be in my area on a certain date and he is usually pretty much on time. Their pricing is not bad. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

I would recommend them. I have been very happy with the services.

They are more personal. They knock on the door and ask us how we are doing and if we have any problems. If we have a problem they come out the same day. They are a little bit more than another company that we use but it is worth it because they come quicker. We use two different pest control companies and I prefer them. They charge $74 to retreat the slab which is pretty reasonable. Another company was going to charge a lot more. They are local. When we ask about bugs they are able to give me better information about bugs because they are local. They will also give me little extra tips and we feel like they want to help us. They are more knowledgeable about our particular area which is reassuring. We've never had any problems with them. Their monthly stuff seems to be a little higher priced. We can get it done cheaper but we don't get the quality. We called one time about termites and they were out within 1 ½ hours.

They're very good. They're friendly and efficient.

It was satisfactory. It's working well. I would use them in the future.

His price is great. His professionalism is also great. I use his services every month, and I would continue to use him in the future.

It is a local company who come in to pump termite killer into the ground, around the house, once a year to control the termites. They call me to remind me when it needs to be done, they schedule it, they come out right on time, they get their job done and it is all done and finished. No issues and no problems. They are very professional and very reasonable. They are far less than Terminex and other big companies. Terminex is outrageous in price. They are very easy to deal with.
