 + -1 moreThe item in question in a purse which was won at a silent aution for our local charity. I was interested in exchanging the item for one that was more of my liking. I brought the purse in and was met with not only "No, we can't do that" but such rude and curt treatment. She all but dismissed me before I could finish stating my request.
