I contacted the office for my glass needs. They took a work order and scheduled an appointment with me within 24 hours. I received the quote and placed a deposit on the glass that i needed. It took about two weeks for the glass to come in. The technician installed it within a couple of days and the job is perfect.

My experience at Wayne's was horrible. At first it seemed like it was going to be a relatively painless experience. We went in to get some glass put into cabinet doors and to get some glass put in our front door (two small pieces about 1' by 1.5and quot; each). While dealing with Wayne's we always had to call them. It took forever for anyone to return phone calls. They made us pay ahead of time for installation. Over 100 dollars to install just the two small pieces of glass in the front door. The installer went to the house to install. There was some glue and a llittle old paint left where the glass was to be installed. Instead of asking my wife or myself about it, the installer put the glass in over it. It looked horrible and my wife told the installer about it before the glue dried and asked him to remove it so she could remove the old paint. He told her that if he took it off he would not put it back up. He literally had to just glue the small glass frame into the door. She told him to take it off anyway because it looked horrible the other way. After we removed the paint and glue, we had to go and buy new glue and install the glass ourselves. I was offshore so my wife went to the shop and spoke with Wayne about it. At first he seemed concerned about the way that my wife was treated but said he needed to talk to the installer to get and quot;their side of the storyand quot;. My wife went in the next day to ask again. Wayne was not there but the installer came out and started arguing with her again. Overall, it was a stressful, stretched out waste of time. The service was terrible and the work overpriced. Bottom line I will not be returning to Wayne's glass and I would recomend you do your best to stay away.

Walked into business, was greeted and they were told what I needed and its uses. They were more than helpful with the size (thickness) of the glass since it was going to hold some water. Got over six various sizes cut and were done very qucikly. They called me on my cell when the glass was ready.
