Appliance Repair
Service man was prompt and courteous. The office personnel were also courteous. I felt that the replacement part (water and ice dispenser) was too expensive. I was initially told between 140.00 to 150.00 for the part. It ended up at 263.40 + tax. I saw the part online for 146.00. I am already paying 180.65 for labor (diagnosis and replacement took 15 min). Why mark up the part that much? And if the part cost 75% more, they should inform the customer.
If I would have been told after the initial service call (for 89.00) that it will be an additional 400.00, I might have bought a new refrigerator.
If I use them again I will know what to ask up front and not get sticker shock.
