excellent and fast job

I was refered to this provider one day when I got a flat tire. They were recommended by a group of doctors stating they would take care of me. They did. The service was impeccable. I was new to the area and wonderful man that worked their said he would always take care of me. The service was phenomenal!!!!! It was everything the doctors said it was. He also was telling me about the company's expansion into Baton Rouge and how they would appreciate my business. I promised him that would only bring my buisness to them from now on.. Well that was the last time they took care of me. I never saw him again. Every time I returned Russell was there. I have stopped 6 times and only once was he able to perform an oil change. My job is mobile causing me to get an oil change every three weeks and appointments will not work for me. I have never minded waiting. The first time I walked in he said he didn't to handle the car because it was a fleet vehicle. The other 4 times he said there was no way he could accommodate me today or even tomorrow. I informed him I would not be returning ever and he said ok. Also while I waited I was disappointed at the language he used. There service is quality....if you can ever get it! I've stopped recommending the company in Baton Rouge as a result.

I met the manager and it was their services were clean, neat, organized. They got the work done on time. He explained everything to me and they give free tire routine. They do other work there too. It's been down here for quite a while and I think they have 1 or 2 other locations. It's well known by the local and a lot of people bring their cars there for work. It's not a full service repair shop, it's like tires, belts, AC, I think they do radiators too.
