Since he had a 2 hour minimum, and it took him no time to install our new mailbox, he attended to 2 gaping holes in the soffit of our carport where squirrels had damaged it. He also gave a very reasonable quote to remove and replace 4 wood porch columns on the front of our house. Joe is very efficient and has a lot of experience in handyman work.
