Because of past termite issues we wanted to have a deck added made with hi duality material. Dwaine suggested steel framing which did not cost more than wood. Because there was a delay in shipping some supplies he was only able to do the steel frame on the first two days. After about two weeks when all the supplies were delivered he came back and completed the deck in one day. He did additional finish work at no charge. Every day he and his helper worked the only break they took was lunch even in almost 90 deg weather. They were very professional and cleaned ALL of their construction trash up and took it with them. They are so good we have scheduled two more projects with them. We HIGHLY recommend them for any project you have. His price is more than fair and his work is better than what most "Professionals" actually do! If he can't do the project he will tell you up front. He wants to keep an excellent reputation.
