Simply Superior! Superior Honda, in Harvey, LA, has been serving the greater New Orleans area since 1973. In fact, we were one of the first Honda dealerships to open in the entire country. We truly enjoy being the one stop shop for New Orleans Honda owners. We pride ourselves in the long-term relationships that we have established with our Harvey customers over the years. They're a good shop. In terms of sale they're polite, and as honest as a car salesman can be. In terms of service its usually in and out in a day. They tell if its not. They tell you whats going on and they tell you if your gonna need to order parts. It's a very good deal. They could have better Saturday hours. They do have a television and more cars than other places. There is a snack machine and I think coffee. They will drive you somewhere. I'm not sure if there is a loner car.

My girlfriend had some work done. The work seems to have been done okay. They were timely. The price was reasonable given the work that was done. A lot of work, they were on top of things. They told her what needed to have happen. They worked with her and understood that she was a teacher. For Superior Honda, I have to give them good grades. They got it done on the time frame that they talked about. Their communication were good. I didn't have a bad feeling about working with them. Communicating with them seem to be pretty good. They were professional. If it weren't for how far away it is from the house, we'd probably go there more often if she needs more work. I didn't look at it and say, wow it's amazingly cheap but the price seem fair. The car is running, no parts are falling off. It's looking okay. They did the work that's necessary. It's not my car to drive it so I can't give better information on that. I can't compare before and after.

They are close as far as service is concerned. Twice for that issue I guess the first time I give them a B on the first time and the second time an A. Some things I wonder why they don't catch it the first time. Why do I have to go back? Why didn't they see that at the beginning? They did not give me any hassle about bringing it back to fix it.

I visited the Honda website and listed my VIN number to identify if my Honda Accord was included in the latest airbag recall.  Afterwards, I went to the Superior Honda website to schedule an appointment for the airbag service.  I was able to schedule and have my appointment time confirmed online.  I called my Superior Service Advisor prior to the appointment time and he checked that the designated parts were in stock to make the repair.  I arrived at the scheduled time.  The repair was made in about an hour of my arrival.

We purchased the car on a Friday and picked it up on Saturday. They cleaned it up. On Monday the car did not start. They sent a tow truck to get the vehicle; It needed a new starter. They put the starter in for no charge. They made it right even though I had purchased the vehicle as is. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle with them!

Initially I thought I would change the headlight bulb myself. After reading the "how to" in the service manual I decided it would be too time consuming and too difficult to reach the bulb. The bulb was in stock, the labor was reasonable and the job was performed in a timely manner. While there they performed a software update related to a notice I received to have warranty work done.
