Tankless Water Heater Installation
I couldn't have asked for better value. What I was quoted was very reasonable. Kevin and I discussed challenges and he accommodated me and understood what I was trying to get done. Even after getting paid, he still followed through and troubleshot the system with me to maximize its performance. I don't know enough plumbers to sit here and say, "Kevin is the best plumber in the Greater New Orleans area." But I'm confident that he's a good guy, that he takes pride in his work, and that he keeps his word.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
This company was recommended by my HWA company. They came and replaced the hot water heater. 1st the pipes where leaking water and i had to call them back to repair the leak and then i noticed they did not reconnect my pipe to my tpi back together. I tried calling them back several times and did not get a response. I would not recommend this company for anything. Their licenses should be revoked and also they should be put in jail for fraud. They are a bunch of rip off.

Kevin is a talented professional who responded to my plumbing emergency with same day service. He diagnosed the problem involving 50 year old water lines and installed new lines; taking the time to check connections and blockage. He is thorough, professional and optimistic. Would definitely call him back. In fact, he is now our Family Plumber.

Kevin was wonderful to work with! He is communicative and throughly explained the problem that I had and how he would fix it. He made sure that I understood the repairs that he would make and why he chose that option to fix my sewer line. I would recommend Kevin to anyone who has plumbing issues! Itâ s a shame no one will ever see the work he did on my old house once the walls are closed up, but itâ s as beautiful and important as the floors and fireplaces Iâ ve been working to restore.
