Description of Work: Their job was to perform restoration work; plumbing, tiling, hardwood floors, sheetrock etc. The work was disastrous. They reversed the plumbing in the showers, hid electrical wires with sheetrock, didn't pay workers but lied on mechanics lien to mortgage company that they were paid. He was in violation with the Board of Contractors because he didn't have a license. He was later prosecuted and fined. It's costing me over $50,000 because I had to pay the sub-contractors or they would have placed a lien on my property because he didn't pay them. I'm still correcting problems that he has caused.

 + -1 moreThe service was disastrous, the plumbing was placed incorrectly, he covered important wiring and plumbing with sheet rock and tiles, and didn't pay the sub-contractors. He also lied on the Mechanic Lien report to the mortgage company. The service was disastrous, the plumbing was backwards and all of the marble tile had to be chipped out and removed in order to put plumbing in correctly. He sheetrocked over important electrical wires which meant that the sheet rock had to be removed several different times because of his incompetance. He hid mistakes and told sub-contractors to lie to me. He lied on the Mechanics Lein saying that he paid his subs. He didn't pay his subcontractors. I paid his subs or the subs would have placed a lein on my property. He also lied to his subs, told them that I didn't pay them, which meant that Sidney Moore was paid twice.
Description of Work: Sidney Moore dba GOD's Home Improvement is a fraudulent company engaging in contracts for which he has no license. I terminated his contract because he failed to perform is contractual responsibilities inspite of being paid. He lied on the Mechanics Lien with my lein holder and didn't pay his sub-contractors. He did substandar work on Soffits, Plumbing, Insulation, Sheetrock and Marble flooring. Sidney Moore "I'm a Christian" was doing business as GOD home improvement but could be under another name. Does as much damage to property as the Taliban. He engaged in a contract for which he has no license. He's in poor standing with the State of Louisiana. I terminated his contract because he failed to perform his contractual duties inspite of being paid. He lied on the Mechanics Lien with my lein holder and didn't pay the subcontractors. He did substandard work on Soffits, Plumbing, Insulation, Sheerock and Marble flooring.
