General Remodeling
The service was disastrous, the plumbing was placed incorrectly, he covered important wiring and plumbing with sheet rock and tiles, and didn't pay the sub-contractors. He also lied on the Mechanic Lien report to the mortgage company.
The service was disastrous, the plumbing was backwards and all of the marble tile had to be chipped out and removed in order to put plumbing in correctly. He sheetrocked over important electrical wires which meant that the sheet rock had to be removed several different times because of his incompetance. He hid mistakes and told sub-contractors to lie to me. He lied on the Mechanics Lein saying that he paid his subs. He didn't pay his subcontractors. I paid his subs or the subs would have placed a lein on my property. He also lied to his subs, told them that I didn't pay them, which meant that Sidney Moore was paid twice.
