Complete Flooring Installation

It went pretty well. They did a perfect job the first day. The next day they called and told me that they were coming out that day, but never showed up. They did, however, show up the day after that and completed the work.

The work they performed exceeded all expectations. Very peofessional. Showed as scheduled. Completed on time. Will hire again. When i need any flooring done.

I think it went great had a problem at the beginning getting Merrill into my apartment, but he went out of his way to get the work completed.  Was shocked at what was accomplished on the first day.  All of the work areas were kept neat, cleaned and organized.

We figured it would take 3-4 days and I think it took about 3/12 days....Merrill picked up my tile and backerboard and had eveyrthing at the site...I basically just had to pay for materials....didn't know it could be that easy.  Very pleased with all of the work...

He has a customer for life with me and I would feel comfortable in using anyone he suggested for other projects that he doesn't do.  It is so nice to see someone have pride in their workmanship again!!!!!...Everyone who has seen my floors have raved about them....

The actual work took two craftsmen three days. The job also included picking up all the materials from the tile store and a terrific job of cleaning up after the work was done. The tub hasn't looked this good since it was installed!
They arrived on time and did beautiful work. These guys are experts and worth every penny we spent. The bathroom floor was ceramic tile, the small classic hexagon tiles, white tile with gray grout. The underlayment was perfect and the floor is even and lovely.
The tub enclosure was done with white 6" square ceramic tile with bullnose trim, a built-in soap dish and a decorative strip of tile incorporating the tile pattern from the black and white basket weave tile on the floor. The decorative strip pulls the two areas together and gives a dramatic look to the small bathroom. The tile running all the way to the ceiling is impressive. They did a brick pattern for the 6 x 6 tiles and it is perfect. We will enjoy this great work every time we walk into the room.
We were so impressed with their expertise that we've hired them to install the hardwood flooring. I have every confidence that they will do a great job of that also.
