If you must hire this company, only do so if you obtain a performance bond. They replaced a portion of our roof in August of 2020 and repaired damage from Ida in September, 2021. The total cost was $6,800.00 But when we decided to sell the house, a building inspection this February found the roof rapidly deteriorating due to poor workmanship and substandard or improper materials. They refused to accept responsibility, offering only to provide a repair estimate - which was not forthcoming. We had the entire roof replaced by another company and then filed a claim against Juneau's insurance to recover our loses. Unfortunately, their policy only covered damage to other parts of the house caused by leaks resulting from the shoddy work. A letter to the owners arguing that they had a moral and ethical obligation to compensate us went unanswered.

This company is the worst in the industry, Not only did the put a hole in my roof which cause 2000.00 dollars in damages that refused to cover. The company never pulled permits for the job. Workers are rude and high most of the time

I had a problem and called them, and they came out to show me that it was something else. I understood the way that they explained the source of moisture - and they were right when I had an insulator look at it. I think they do good work and follow it up with responses to questions.
