My experience with them has been almost 95% positive. The last time I took my car in, I had asked the lady at front desk to replace all the brake pads. Only a couple of them were faulty, but I reasoned that the remaining two could be out anytime soon. Unfortunately, they replaced only the two pads which were faulty. They did not follow through on my instruction of getting all the brake pads replaced. I would recommend them because they will bring the car back to your house and drop it off. I spend $300 on an average with them. I think their price is comparable. They are friendly and professional. I will continue to use their service in the future.

Gene's can be pricey, but you get good service and they repair problems the first time. They are honest and I would rather let Gene's repair my vehicles because I know it will be done right with genuine parts.

I had used them before and they were friendly, quick, and reasonable. My shifter cable broke over the weekend, so I had it towed to their shop. They got right to work on it when they opened Monday morning, and were done by the afternoon. I will continue to use them in the future.

This shop is our regular shop. They always do excellent work. We call for an appointment, bring in the car and they have it ready when they say they will, baring any problem with getting a part, but they always call and let us know if there will be a problem.
