Good courteous work. Had an initial problem with the price but worked it out quickly. They replaced the ceiling fan, flood light and changed the bulbs. They were unable to pull a cable I needed installed.

I found the electrician friendly, professional and efficient. Pricing for the work was fair, in my opinion. I would call this company again if the need arises.

On 10/29/2015 I had to have my tankless hot water heater replaced.  I had it moved from an inside mount to an exterior one.  Because I had no exterior outlet for the plumber to plug it into - I had to get an electrician to come out and run a line to it.
The plumbers ran an extension cord from the tank - thru our doggy door- and plugged it in on a wall outlet located in my laundry area in kitchen.  That was a situation I wanted to resolve before the weekend - the heater was installed on a Thursday.
I had called 3 companies - including an electrician I had used before (who I called first, but he didn't call me back when he said he would nor when I called again and left message) Another one didn't return my message until after 4 PM on Friday - which was too late.  I called Pat Bryant's office on Friday morning and after explaining my issue with them - the office staff called Mr. Bryant and had call me.  Which he did and told me he could get here later in afternoon.
He happened to arrive around the same time (approx. 3 PM) as the plumber did to adjust the temp and do a couple of other things for me.  Pat looked in several places inside where I had outlets, but eventually decided he should get into attic and run a line down from a junction box (there were two near each other) and put a covered outlet right next to the heater on our brick exterior wall - which we can now use for other things as well.
I have 3 dogs and the weather was going to turn very rainy that evening and all day Halloween.  I did not want rain blowing in the doggy door (the plastic flap was held open by the cord).  Pat was by himself so he had to go back and forth from outside to up in our attic.  Took him a little longer because of that - but not unreasonable at all.  He was here for a little more than an hour I believe, and charged us $275.
He was professional and a very pleasant man.  And I appreciated that he understood my position with the doggy door being used to run the extension cord and came the same day I called his office.  I was not left wondering if they would call me back that day.  He had someone answering the office, and he called me personally within a reasonable time to help me.
I would definitely call him again for any electrical services/repairs I have in the future.  He even took the time to give me a ballpark estimate to install security cameras around my house.

The work looks professional.  I wanted to run conduit along the siding, but Pat suggested running it under the house.  I'm glad he did, it looks much better and will not be in the way when I have other upgrades done.  I thought the price was reasonable.  I will need more electrical work done in the near future and will use him again.

Pat showed up on time and quoted a price to do the repairs, which he did on the spot.  I intend on using Pat Bryant Electric for all my future needs.

We called him, he came out, got on a ladder and told us which one was which. He didn't charge us for that.

He is excellent, there is no bad at all. My husband and I had bought the TV, and the people had come out to do the installation, and they had done a horrendous job. It was the ugliest thing I have ever seen with wires all over the place, and that cost a lot of money to do. I was going for physical therapy at the time, and I was complaining to the therapist, and one of the student physical therapist said we should call his dad, he was doing that kind of work. So that is how I got him. He was very good. He was great. It was funny, because once he got out here, and realized that he couldn't hold the TV up, he called his brother who lives around the corner. His price was cheaper than the place where we bought the TV from.

After I complained about the price they reduced it to $1500. I thought it would be between $700 and $800. I would hire them again, but I would get a quote on the front end. They were very expensive but very good and responsive. They came to my house within a day. I am happy and satisfied.
