Work done promptly, on time and excellent quality.
The work was well done. I would use him again and will recommend him to friends and neighbors. He did the work for the cost he quoted. He only asked for 1/3 down after doing the first day's work.
The work was dusty in tearing out the concrete. Wayne tried to minimize the dust when working, opened the window. I'd strongly suggest taking everything out of the bathroom before he starts if you have to tear out the slab. Lot's of dust when jackhammering concrete. Not Wayne's fault, he did all he could to be clean, just the nature of this kind of work. We put a drop cloth on floor and Wayne stayed on it. Remember, he has to walk in and out of the house, so if you put down drop cloths for him, he'll stay on them.
I don't believe I could have found a better contractor for a show pan replacement.
