I hired Specialty Gutters for a gutter replacement. I was drawn in by their impressive reviews and I can honestly say they lived up to their reputation. Their team was efficient and responsive, quickly getting me on their calendar for the work. Their communication was top-notch, keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process. During the removal of the old gutter, they discovered a rotted fascia, an issue I was completely unaware of. Instead of covering up the problem, they walked me through various fixes I could consider. I appreciated their honesty and chose to replace the fascia. After the installation, I noticed a minor issue regarding the spout length - a problem unique to my house, not a mistake on their part. I brought it up to them, and Seth came over on a Saturday to remedy the problem free of charge. All in all, Specialty Gutters showcased a refreshing level of transparency, professionalism, and were friendly to boot. I can see why they have great reviews. They're really good at their job.
