During the removal of the old gutter, they discovered a rotted fascia, an issue I was completely unaware of. Instead of covering up the problem, they walked me through various fixes I could consider. I appreciated their honesty and chose to replace the fascia. After the installation, I noticed a minor issue regarding the spout length - a problem unique to my house, not a mistake on their part. I brought it up to them, and Seth came over on a Saturday to remedy the problem free of charge.
