Very professional job. Job was performed on time and materials were cleaned up afterward.
The only issue I had was with the negotiations on the cost. There bid was not clear on what the total cost was (i.e. stuff written in the margins; the line item costs were confusing to read). But once that was settled, all worked out OK. Only suggestion would be to have total transparency on the cost up front.

American Roof Company professional and punctual. Whatever he said and put on the contract is what happened, he went by the book. The replacement was covered by insurance, we only paid our deductible.
