The wire wasn't the problem. The problem turned out to be a relay that needed to be replaced. After the initial "repair", I contacted Nick's again and let them know their solution hadn't solved the problem. I told them it was likely a $20 relay that needed to be replaced. They said they would do it for another $120. I told them "no thanks", and I did it myself.

We have been using them for a few years. Any time we have had any issues in between the check ups, they will come with no hesitation.

We are very happy with them. They are very responsive, and they are here when we need them. They stay with the service agreement. Their prices are very fair for the services. They have done real good work so far, and we have been very pleased.
