J & J Exterminating

I used J and J from the springtime through the summer for our pest control needs. Ryan, the man who seems to organize the service and sell it was great to work with. I found the price tone pretty okay, too. I used J and J for mosquito treatment, overall bug control, and Ryan set up a couple of traps for possums at the house at no additional cost.

I did, however, have some major problems with this company. The office messed up or lost my credit card information on 3 occasions and then would complain to me about outstanding balances. The service man would often not arrive on the dates scheduled and would spray willy nilly with bug spray for instance spraying our peaches on the trees after being asked not to do so. When I contacted the office about the serviceman not showing up for service. I was told I wa wrong, and lied to about the date of service. When I discussed the documentation about the date ad called out the lie, I was told I had an outstanding balance since they had apparently misplaced my credit card information once again! When I called the account manager to try to straighten this out or cancel the service I was told multiple times over three weeks that he was going to talk to higher ups and call me back. After three weeks I simply requested the contract be terminated. I would not recommend using J and J for your exterminating needs.

Great personal service on the telephone. Called them back a year after we sold the house to inform them that we did not require service on the house anymore and they were very polite on the telephone.

They were timely and did explain what would be done.

He is fantastic. He is efficient and organized. I had a lot of things done today for $280. My service man, James, is fantastic. He is probably the reason the company is so good. Actually, I think for all the services I received, the price was quite reasonable. I will definitely use James again in the future.
