This company is terrible! They caught one raccoon, but there are more. Keith Casella, the technician, told on three separate occasions that he would come by (to re-bait, and to check for entry points in my house) and never did. The last time was the Friday before Mardi Gras. He never came by to re-bait the traps as promised, and then after Mardi Gras he came, without my knowledge, and pulled the traps. He texted me that he'd come back with the traps if I heard activity in my walls. I did, and now he won't answer his cell phone and the office manager basically told me to p---- off, that if I wanted anyone to come back I'd have to pay another $350. And that Keith is an independent contractor so they won't honor his promise in writing (text message) to come back with traps. The receptionist and office manager are incredibly rude and unprofessional.

The catch is that Humane Wildlife Control Services takes no responsibility for the work of their Contractors.  If you get a poor performer as I did, you lose your money.  The Contractor assigned to my job was not punctual, would not respond to texts or phone calls (even from the main office), and never followed-up after the first visit.  I had to bring in another person to remove the traps, seal the holes, and clean the area – all services promised by my Technician for the $350 fee, which he required I pay in full on the first visit.  In short, Humane Wildlife Control Services over-promises and under-delivers.
