 + 0 moreOur house was in need of an update, but we wanted to ensure we maintained the character of our historic home. Amedee Frederick of Fifth Generation Masonry and Construction worked with us on every complex detail of the design of the projecst, keeping the integrity of the structure and bringing back many historic details that had been removed from the home during remodeling projects prior to our ownership. The execution of every design detail of the project was as important to him as it was to us. The floor and walls tile patterns I created were very complex; Mr. Frederick made certain the designs were expertly executed and every detail was perfect. Living inside your home while reconstruction is ongoing is VERY inconvenient, but Mr. Frederick ensured that dust was kept to a minimum and protected our furniture and belongings. Mr. Frederick is trustworthy and considerate, and his work is impeccable !! We highly recommend Amedee Frederick of Fifth Generation Masonry and Construction and are SO DELIGHTED with the outcome of his work!
Description of Work: Removed popcorn ceilings and covered with period tiles, applied crown mouldings and picture frame moldings throughout home and recreated transomes in walls above doors; remodeled two bathroom from complete tea-rout to studs and joists, applied new wall board, total wet room waterproofing, subfloor, applied ceramic and stone tiles on floor and walls, installed custom shower and bathroom fixtures, applied custom ceiling tiles and crown mouldings.
