"There were no communication issues on ELEVATED side! There was a specific job scope in writing that he agreed to! The job was listed as : "Tear down roof, save the power going to the freezer? which we had to keep debris from falling on during the demo.! And clean any debris out of the rooms that fell in from the roof removal? Not only did we go outside of the job scope, but we even went as far as moving his fence line back several feet for his goat pen, bought a new feed storage bin and more goat feed, bc he did not remove everything out that he wanted to save beforehand, but said we were clear to start! We also were asked by Mr. jay."
