Sales staff told me not to call them again with problems as they don't want to hear it. Bunch of liars and thieves.

I emailed a list of things we wanted on our travel trailer. The sales manager responded with a same-day personal email explaining who would be helping us. The next day we got an email from a salesperson with links to descriptions of several trailers that were in inventory and seemed to meet our specs. In contrast, four other dealers responded with an email saying "looking forward to workgin with you when you come vivist" and one provided links to their inventory that said, in effect "look them over for yourself." When we went to Dixie, our contact showed us the trailers he had provided links to. They were close to what we had asked for -- he did not try to offer something bigger with a higher price in effort to edge us up.
The purchase including financing was handled smoothly. While we were getting that done several staff members came in to meet us and welcome us to "The Dixie Family." Our contact personally went sh0pping with us in the nearby RV store, helping us identify what we needed and recommending what price point, He didn't always recomend the most expensive., He expalins differences, and if I chose one cheaper, that was fine,
When we picked up the trailer we got an hour or so orientation on how everything worked -- probably could not have absorbed any more, We called back several times over the next couple of weeks to ask questions, and got cheerful, helpful response every time, Hard to imagine a more successful or pleasant purchase experience,
