The contractor gave me a quote of one price, then after the work was completed he started adding more to the original quote. The job started by him measuring the area and calculating material. He then gave me a quote for $5,000.00 to do the entire job. After all was done and the driveway was poured he said it cost more than he thought and it would be $7,000.00. I paid him after arguing and not making any headway with him. The next day after the driveway dried out I hosed it off to make sure it would drain ok, While doing this i noticed large area's where water would pool near my back door and would not drain. I called the contractor back up and advised him of the problem and asked him to come by and take a look at the area's not draining. He came back out 3 days later and looked at it and blew me off, advising me that type of thing happens all the time and low spots are to be expected and no driveway will be perfect. Needed less to say that never got resolved and i live with the crappy low spots that drain to my rear door. I would not want anyone to suffer the bad workmanship and lack of respect dealing with this contractor I had to deal with. Stay Far, Far, Away.
Description of Work: The contractor poured a driveway in the front, sideyard and rear of my home.
