Star Glass came to measure shelves to be made for black wire racks I bought to replace clunky wooden book cases. I get many compliments from people who see them, and think they're beautiful furniture! Types of glass were explained to me, we selected safest for pets & grandchildren. Friendly team, knowledgeable, prompt, and I've referred friends for other glass needs. Excellent experience. I will hire Star Glass again!

I live in a rural area, so I had to drive in over an hour to this place. Made an appointment and dropped my car off around noon. Got a call at around 2:30 p.m. that they realized the new windshield had a crack when they took it off the rack, and they didn't have another in stock, so they wouldn't be able to replace it that day after all. I was quite upset because it was too late to go anywhere else and it would be difficult for me to set up another appointment in the next 2 weeks or so. However, the store manager called me back about 15 minutes later and said that she would find another windshield somewhere around town and promised that I would have a new windshield installed by 5:00 p.m. In short, they recovered nicely from what would have otherwise been a very bad service experience.
