I would tell people not to go to them. They just got a couple of things mixed up. They weren't very customer service oriented. They pretty much told me I should have gone to another furniture store. It's a box spring. They call it a Bunkie Board. They kept sending me a twin size when I needed a king size. They finally told me if I wanted to, to just go to a local store and buy it and then they would refund my money back. Instead of going through the trouble of trying to rush the bed to me, they would rather I go to another store and buy it and they refund my money. They sent it to me twice wrong and then they didn't want to rush the third one. It took about a month because I had to keep waiting for the regular delivery truck.
