RANDY'S LAWN CARE

My experience with them was terrible to say the least... If they don’t cut your grass one week you get no makeup cut or credit on your account. It happened to me 3 times. Paid them to lay St. Augustine sod all around my house. It looked OK until 2 months later when they killed almost all of it. They said I had a fungus kill it. The botanist he sent to look at it said it did have a slight fungus problem but the majority of the dead grass was because of weed eating my new grass to low and repeatedly (Looks like strong weed killer was used to me.) By the way, they did use a weed eater to cut my grass on the side and back of my yard and I asked them repeatedly to stop and use a lawn mower. The botanist wanted to change me 80 bucks a treatment to fix it and I declined. .Randy did say later he would pay for half but then it was too late for me. I had enough. At the end without doing one thing to resolve our problems he told me he was going from $175.00 to $250.00 a month to do my lawn each month. So I guess the theory is, I didn’t do a good job during my time doing it so I will charge you MORE MONEY to keep messing it up. I think I he saw STUPID written on my forehead. So besides doing a lousy job most of the time he had to have thought I was crazy. Or maybe he wanted to run me off so he wouldn’t have to fix all the problems his crew caused. I could go on about other things but you get the idea. You have been warned

Brian Long did a nice job.  Not chatty unless spoken to.  I paid by check.  Nice man.  Company has been unresponsive!
