Petite Cupcakes And Events

I was very impressed with how helpful the owner was with a last minute plea to have something for my very small wedding. I ordered 4 different cupcakes and 1/2 of them were almost inedibly dry. The 4 inch top cake (red velvet) was delicious BUT the cake showed through the obviously rushed frosting job that looked like something I would have made in elementary school. She had warned me I could not get fondant. I was okay with that.The tower itself was edged with a pinned ribbon that looked cheap and the same ribbon was the only decor on the tiny brides cake I just mentioned. It looked cheap. I was very disappointed.I was desparate to get everything done for my wedding and it took days and a few e-mails to get the payment taken care of ...I was on my honeymoon and kept getting texts saying she needed the tower for this event or another. Nothing about returns was said to me in any correspondence or phone calls. I think to have this spelled out would have been much  more professional. I was only told I had a deposit for this, $25 of which was nonrefundable out of $45. I give her major points for being willing to help me especially at the last minute, to get it to the church (though she charged me for this of course) but I really disliked the quality of the display and especially the mini cupcakes themselves. (Pink Champagne was wonderful though!)
