Flooring
Terrible. The wood is scratched, cracked, and he left with the job not finished and wouldn't come back. My husband and I called him over a dozen times in June/July and he only returned to pick up his supplies while we were gone and did not finish the work. He wanted full payment while I was out of town so he could go on vacation and told me he had one strip left to do (which was totally false), so I paid him. I left him several notes on what was needed for completion and he ignored all my notes and requests. He has cost me 2 months time to get back into my home. He never buffed the floors, or put my furniture back as stated, so I have had to contract someone else to complete the job. The backsplash in my kitchen does not properly meet the countertop and will need to be redone. He has not honored any work he's done.
