Mr. Perez came out the day after we called him and gave us an estimate. Out of 4 estimates his was the second lowest, but he had years of experience, so we decided to go with him. After securing the required permit we called Mr. Perez. He and his crew showed up early and did a beautiful job. We would not hesitate to call him again if we needed any other cement work done!

The job went without a hitch. Well that is not possible every job has at least one. My backyard had drainage issues. # had. Me Perez told me a drain was required. And long story short if you want done right Call Juan Perz Concrete. I only needed one Estimate Mr Perez has a reputation I wouldn't trust a big cement job to any one else.

I contact Mr. Perez. He came out and gave me an estimate. I did not hear from him for about a week. I called him again and he indicated that he was waiting for me to call him. I made some changes to the project. He came out and gave me a new estimate. He was to start work a week to a week and a half later. I have yet to hear from him. It has been about 2 months now.

We had Juan Perez Concrete Contractors build the patio and rebuild the whole driveway, besides doing the walkway up to our house. I got top-grade cement, four inches thick. They put the re-board in, because with the driveways around here - it is an older neighborhood and there is sinking - with the re-boards you don't get the cracks and breaks in the cement. They did an excellent job. They showed up every morning bright and early, they worked until 5 o'clock in the afternoon, they got everything done in 5 days.

I was looking for the front steps to my home to be repaired. Found Mr. Perez's name on Angie's list and decided to give him a call. Mr. Perez returned my initial call the first day. Then he asked me to call him back on Sunday morning on his cell phone. I attempted to call him but he did not answer and his voicemail box was full, so I was unable to leave a message. I let it go thinking he was just not interested in the job. Several weeks/a month later, Mr. Perez called me out of the blue and left a message asking if I still needed the steps repaired. I called him back as soon as I received his message (within an hour or two) and he told me he was on his way out of town and to call him the end of the following week. I called him shortly after he returned to NOLA...it was on Monday. He asked me to call him on Saturday at which time he would come out to see the job. So I called him Saturday morning, as requested. He answered the phone and told me he would come to my home after 12:00 noon, that he would call me when he was on his way. He never called. Needless to say, I am disappointed with Mr. Perez's responsiveness in this matter.

I was coordinating the concrete work with the work of a landscaper (lawn sprinkler system installation) as well as an electrician and a plumber involved with the installation of a whole house generator. Juan worked extremely well with each of the other professional crews, in fact, he pitched in and helped with some of the trenching under where the concrete was to be poured to help facilitate the completion of the project.

Juan gave us a fare estimate and seemed to really know what he was talking about, as opposed to some of the other people we had talked with. He arrived on time with his crew and got the job completed by the end of the day. He was very professional and had a good crew with him. We were extremely pleased with the outcome. Our floors are beautiful with a smooth finish as we requested so we can stain the concrete. I would recommend him to anyone.
