I didn't really dislike anything about them. I did have a problem getting a guy over there to cut the molding. It took a long time to get that done. But I have no problem with that. Larger stores like Home Depot don't always have what I want.

We thought their price was very unreasonable for the type of siding they wanted to put on. We felt they were definitely unaffordable. We buy a lot of things and have a lot of things installed from Home Depot and we just felt that was very unrealistic. The quote was really bad and it was unusual to us coming from Home Depot. We did not understand why it had to cost so much. We told them we felt the estimate was way out of line and they never got back with us. We thought the sale rep was too inquisitive and asked to many personal questions. It bordered on rude and inappropriate. That is the main reason we are considering never using the home improvement section again. The questions asked of us and the information pulled from us we almost felt like this person was staking out our place and figure out our routines. We felt it might lead to a situation of theft and we were very much concerned.
