Basically stole $200 from me under the guise of ordering a new seal and wheel for my fridge then never returned any of my calls. PLEASE DO NOT RISK YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY WITH THIS INSINCERE, SKETCHY MAN. PLEASE. There are hundreds of better equipped and actually HONEST workers to be found in the greater New Orleans area! Please message me for proof. I will happily share any and everything I have to keep others from being scammed by this kid.

Ricky is very personable and professional. He figured out the problem and replaced the part without all of that salesman nonsense. Great guy, and I will definitely use him again if the need arises. I highly recommend him.

Dryer was not drying clothes. Ricky told me it was a circuit breaker or receptacle problem and that I needed to call an electrician which I did. Dryer was fine after breaker was replaced. Ricky was very nice and helpful. Cost was very reasonable.

When I need Ricky to repair something he’s on it, when our dryer stopped working he came the same day. When the part came in, he fixed it within an hour. He’s on time, proficient and professional. I’ll call him whenever I need something fixed.
