Veterans Lawn Maintenance

After seeing favorable reviews of Chase and his company Veteran’s Lawn Maintenance, I decided to reach out for help with my yard. Upon meeting with Chase at my home and walking the yard, we discussed what we wanted done which was clean up the weeds and overgrowth and we seemed to be in agreement. He sent over a vaguely worded contractual agreement that in hindsight, I never should have agreed to. He and three guys show up one morning for three hours, cut back some things and proceeded to tell me that I needed to trim the monkey grass and lilies. I guess that wasn’t included in the “complete trim job” as outlined in the two-sentence agreement. Instead of trying to make it right he just demanded payment and continued to act as if I didn’t remember what we talked about. Instead of our yard being cleaned up, I was left with an embarrassment of a yard plus additional mess from debris I had to clean. I would never recommend his service to anyone. There are PLENTY of other veteran owned lawn care services in Baton Rouge. Don’t waste your time and money on this guy.
