It was difficult to find someone to do a small job. They were responsive, punctual, took care of project. As anyone reading this, that is very difficult to find the right person for any job, much less a small one. I really appreciated how they handled themselves.

My usual installer kept putting off the job and I had guests arriving for the Thanksgiving Holidays. When my regular installer finally started, he sent one of his helpers who didn't lay the tile correctly. I asked the helper to leave and called the company where I purchased the tile. I was given Mr. Sheldon's number. He came out the next day, fixed the tiles that were wrong, and finished the job. I also had him lay the carpet. He did a great job for a fair price and he will be the only one I use in the future,.

Sheldon agreed to take on the job , after contacting him. We agreed on time , date and cost for service. He arrived promptly with his crew on that date and performed a perfect job !!!
