Mark checked it out and reset everything and adjusted the temperature settings and the ice maker started working again! I would definitely use him again!

Mark discovered a bad switch in the circuit, the part that flips the light on when the door opens. I had suspected that switch when I called Mark. He ordered the part and came back to install the switch. Problem solved.

Good work fast easy repair

When Marks appliance arrived to install the door, it was the wrong door but we still had to pay a $75.00 trip charge. Once we received the 2nd door, we rescheduled appointment and not only did they replace the damaged door but also installed a new seal because it was damaged as well. The installation went really well and we would call marks appliance again.

Mark's Appliances has helped us twice now, and both times he was able to diagnose and fix the problem with our washer. (There were two different problems.) Mark was a very good communicator and has also shown himself to be a very competent repairman. Very satisfied with the entire experience. :)

The ice maker now works as it should. It had to be repaired by someone other than Mark but that was ok.

Came the next day right on time. Fixed issue for very reasonable price.

Outstanding.  I was satisfied. He came out right away to assess  what we needed and he had to order the Trane units and when they came in he immediately installed them. They just work great. I am real satisfied with the how he handled everything. Showing up and getting it done and reliability.

A+. Mark is quick, friendly, and honest. My final repair bill was actually less than my quoted estimate. we thought the dryer motor was in need of replacement. After taking it apart, it was just a part attached to the motor that was bad, the part was much cheaper than a new motor. Honesty much appreciated!

Mark was extremely friendly and efficient. Knew what he was doing. Kept me from having to buy a new refrigerator. The person who took his calls was courteous. Mark always arrived when he said he would. I would definitely recommend Mark to friends. Great service!

Was very pleased with the service Mark's Appliance Repair provided .I called yesterday to schedule a washing machine repair and was told Mark would call me between 5-7 pm that evening to schedule the appointment , and he did just that . My appointment was the following morning between 8 and 8:30 , Mark arrived at 8:15 , was here 45 mins - ! hour and provided excellent service and was very informative. The price was one of the best prices around . Sears is way over priced and you don't get good service, a few other companies do not service LG and I have not seen out standing service like this in a while . We all have busy schedules and when someone tells you something , you expect what they say, unless informed other wise . The past few years dealing with various companies pest control , pluming etc. some were no shows , late and so forth . So to get the service I got today , made me very pleased and I highly recommend this company and will use again if needed !! I would like to add that I am new to Angie's list and this was my first time putting it to use . Angie's List was a brilliant idea , we care share the pros and cons . Let's face it , it's our time and money . When spending we want the best of the best and not feel cheated ! I hope this review was helpful .

I called about mid day and was told Mark would call between 5 and 7 which he did. Said he had me scheduled between 12 and 2 the next day (two days before Christmas, I had feared a longer wait.) He called about 1 PM and said he was delayed but expected to be there around 3 which he was. He had guided me on the phone where to find the model number and from my description of th noise we were hearing he had correctly assessed the problem and brought the correct replacement kit. The whole thing took less than an hour door to door. Appliance repair doesn't get any better than this!

My refrigerator's motor was not working and called several appliance companies to set up appointments. Mark's appliance was the only one who could come the next day. He showed up on time, check the wires of the refrigerator and after 10minutes, the motor was on and refrigerator has been working properly since.  (He told me that if he had to come back in 30 days, there will be no extra charge for labor. ) I am thankful that the problem was solved.

Called Mark's Monday morning about repair of our dryer.  Made an appointment with his wife for Tuesday morning ( this is truly a "Mom and Pop" business). Mark showed up at  about 10:00am and quickly diagnosed the problem - faulty door switch.  He had the part and made the repair in less than 30 minutes.
