They have been out several times and have never been able to fix the problem. It takes them a while to follow through.

This is a very busy company.

The company was easy to work with and repaired the problem within the hour. After calling and setting up an appointment, he was able to troubleshoot the problem with me over the phone because he came with correct parts on the service call. The service man was very friendly and knowledgeable.
My only complaint is that the home warranty contract picked them for me and when the service request was routed through them it took approx 36 from the time I requested service until the serviceman showed up which feels like an eternity in the south when the house was 86 degrees according to the thermostat inside.
Overall, I would use them again and would recommend them.

This repair was part of a home sale agreement. Repair/s made satisfied the new owner.

Used home warranty. This was the second company the Home Warranty company sent out because the first one was terrible. They made the repairs efficiently and came back promptly when something else broke the next day. I will use them again.

Our a/c went out on Friday evening (of course). I placed a service request with American Home Shield. They assigned Lasseigne's, and said that they would call on Monday during business hours to make appt. Jake called Sunday night and said he would be here 9:30-10:30 Monday morning. He arrived at 9:45. It took him about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem -- the 12-year-old compressor had blown a fuse. He said he would order the part and call us when it arrived. He called on Tuesday night to say he would be by between 11:00 and 12:00 today. He arrived at 11:00, installed the compressor, and had a/c back within 45 minutes.
