Description of Work: I needed a new screen for a Dell Studio Computer. I was told they would order in and it should arrive in 5 days. After 31 days, the part had still not arrived. Each time I called I was told in was in transit - although they could never tell where it was in transit. I asked for my computer back and a refund for the amount I paid to them for the screen (which had to be paid upfront). I received my refund and computer without any difficulty. They apologized for the inconvenience. I was disappointed in the lack of responsiveness and lack of them finding other alternatives to assist with the repair. This appears to be a poorly managed company.
