+ -1 moreRay always does all of the work himself. He doesn't hire any unknown people to come in our yard, which we like. He takes his time and is very thorough. He doesn't race through our yard like some others have done.
Description of Work: Ray cuts our grass and trims and cleans up the yard. We have a year 'round agreement with him. He comes once a week. When there is no grass to cut, he finds something else to do to justify his agreement with us. He will do anything that we ask him to work on, and he does it well.

+ -1 moreRay is very careful to find out what we want and need done. He is always on time. He is insured. He works alone, no helpers. This is a big plus for us, since lawn maintenance helpers often come and go. I'm never comfortable having strangers wander around in my back yard. Ray is very careful about keeping our gates closed and keeping the dogs from getting out. He also takes his time. He doesn't rush through like a whirlwind. He never does any damage to our trees or plants. If I had to list anything negative about his service, I'd have trouble doing it. I can't think of anything.
Description of Work: Ray has been taking care of our lawn since the summer of 2008. We worked out a schedule for year around maintenance that was very competitive with other quotes that we received. He cuts our lawn weekly and will do other yard work if there is no need to cut the grass or if the weather doesn't allow it. He is very flexible and accommodating. His rates will vary, of course, depending on what is wanted and the size of the job, etc.
