Description of Work: I called them and they said it costs $90.00 just to come out and diagnose the problem (a backlight issue). This money can be applied towards the repair but I wasn't about to potentially blow that much money just to find out if my problem could be fixed by THEM at a reasonable cost. I asked to speak to a technician or someone who might be familiar with my issue (because it's a common issue with my model and brand of TV) and the lady wouldn't let me speak to anyone else.

 + -1 moreThey were very prompt and courteous, and came the day after I called them. The owner of the company did everything to find out exactly what the problem was with my TV. He kept me inforrmed on ways I can prevent problems from coming up in the future. He didn't try to hide anything from me and was very honest with me.
