WRIGHT'S FURNITURE

I went in to buy a sofa love seat and recliner and have it delivered the same day. I told them that was why I came to them because they offered same day delivery. I picked out a sofa love seat and recliner plus rug and end table. When they were on the way to deliver my furniture they called and informed me that they did not have the sofa in stock. Wow..would have been nice to have gotten that call before they left the store so I could have went back and picked out different items. I was told I should have the sofa in a couple of weeks. After over a month still no sofa. Repeated phone calls that were not returned. I finally told them I wanted to return the items I had received and was informed that I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee and only could receive store credit. I couldn't get my money back at all. I would have been glad to pay a fair price for time used. I find that they are not honest in my opinion. They do not return phone calls as promised and do not do what they say they will do. I would not recommend anyone buy furniture from them. In my opinion Ashley Furniture or Conns would be a better choice. If you go to Wrights Furniture GOOD LUCK.
