Updating a previous review. Work is completely substandard. Pool was not installed correctly. Concrete around pool was not poured correctly. Still having issues and having to spend more money. Pool has already started to crack and pool lights are already out due to improper installation. Jake Duncan does not stand behind his work. Once there is a problem there is nothing he can do to satisfy you so he bails out and you are stuck holding the bag of his substandard low quality work. If poor quality substandard work is what you want Precision pools and Jake Duncan is the contractor for you. If quality work and someone who stand behind their product is what you are going for then I highly suggest you use another pool contractor.

Things were great in the beginning, installed pool ahead of schedule. Owner very attentive. Then things went south. Concrete around pool an absolute sub- standard quality project. Apron around pool not even, had to call concrete guy back 3 times. Very messy. Owner's answer, apply Kool deck will give it a more perfect look. add'l 3K later Kool deck had to be redone couple of times. It was ok at first now has fade spots. Installed water line tile and this was not quality work as well. Caulking was uneven, wide in some areas narrow in others, not flush with tile. The owner refuses to see the issue. He did take off the tile and replace with different tile and different grout lines. STILL POOR QUALITY WORK. When you make a purchase on something of this price you want to walk out of your back yard and be ecstatic but that will never be. Yes I do have a swimmable pool but cosmetically very disappointed. Jake the owner is not experienced enough to do these jobs and has an answer/excuse for everything. His quote was market prices but the work was so not worth it. Jake has been installing pools for a very short time and did not disclose this to us.

Jake and his team were there when they said they would be, they did excellent work, cleaned up after themselves, and were very attentive to our needs and budget.  In my opinion it doesn't get any better than that.

We have a long narrow back courtyard with design and light challenges.  After looking at the area and asking questions about what we wanted, Jake drew out a great design, making a change or two easily when I asked.  He & his crew worked quickly and efficiently and produced a much prettier space than I ever imagined.
