She is the most UNPROFESSIONAL cleaning service out there. Her crews do a half axx job. They could not be bothered to clean my upstairs even though I pay for it. And the cherry on top?I canceled services a month ago. She sends a cleaning crew to my house on this Monday. Unbeknownst to me because she did not even give me a heads up. My door was locked, teenagers home alone. THESE PEOPLE GO THROUGH A BACK DOOR. Basically broke into my home, I receive a call from very terrified kids because they do not know who is in our house. I am 5 minutes away and panicking. They are lucky I did not call the damn cops. The only reason I did not is because my son said the guy said he was cleaning. I told him no one should be there and go into one room and lock the door. I get home, let them know they are not supposed to be there and they need to leave asap. They inform me they went around THE BACK OF MY HOUSE and let themselves in. Danielle was unapologetic and did nothing to rectify the situation. STAY AWAY
