Bond Construction built our first house in Old Mill in 2002. When we outgrew that house, we interviewed several builders, but finally decided on Bond Construction for our custom built house. Hugh Bond was very patient with us as we worked out all of the details on the plans - he drew them all from a rough plan we had put together. We couldn't be more pleased with the final product. Hugh was very easy to work with during the construction and was very involved in the construction. Terry Bond worked closely with us on all of the decorating details and the financial side with payments. They are both very hard workers and put pride in everything they do. We would use them again without hesitation to build our third house! I can even confirm that even after we had been in the house for a few years, we had a sink that had a defect and I knew there was a lifetime warranty on the faucet. I called Terry Bond and she promptly returned my call and gave me the information that I needed to get it replaced at no cost. I would certainly recommend that anyone building a house should interview and talk to several builders to find the right one for their personality and style. I found that the Bonds were patient and easy to work with in every aspect, which fit our personality and style.

Don't worry about forgetting what to get terrie will keep u going! She keeps u on a good budget also. Don't forget the weather does play a part in building. Ask the questions Hugh and Terrie won't mind answering all.
