Bee Removal By Mr George

Called George on Friday and he came out on Saturday.  He took care of my bee problem on the corner of my house and caulked the hole where they were beginning to build their home.  He was very informative and a joy to work with.

It went great.  He came out and took care of the problem.  I would call him again if the need ever presented itself again.

They are good. They are nice people and were very responsive. Another comb moved back into the basement so they came back in and charged me only half the price. They charged me full price for the first time and half price for the second time though called them on a Sunday.

I noticed that a bee swarm was forming around my front door. It was a Sunday, but even so I called Mr. Dupeire whom I found through a listing on the LSU Ag Center website. He agreed to come first thing on Monday morning and he did, all the way from Gonzales although I live in the middle of Baton Rouge. He saw what was going on and showed me that there was a swarm of bees that had chosen to break away from the old hive and follow the queen--and those bees looked like a beard or a football hanging from a leaf on a plant in my front yard. He took away the swarm of bees so he can bring it to a person who is starting to do beekeeping (that's something I'm happy about because I like bees but my gardener and handyman don't!) and he killed the old hive and caulked up the opening. He gave me a jar of his honey (and quot;Honey by Georgeand quot;) and told me to call him if I had more problems. He says he often has to come out after a pest control company fails to solve the problem, and I think he's probably right--call someone experienced with bees and beekeeping first! I would definitely call Mr. Dupeire for any bee issue.
