It was awesome. Friendly, prompt, very trustworthy and a super job. I comparison shopped and cost was right on the mark. Job was finished on time as promised and I was very comfortable having the crew in my home. They were very cooperative with fitting in the job between the floor installer and painters and electricians. I appreciated the promptness and showing up at agreed upon time.

The floors on this home when we bought it looked like the grout had never been cleaned so the task was significant. Brent and his team worked for hours cleaning all the floors. After careful inspection, we believed that the cleaning was inadequate. Brent and his team literally got on their hands and knees to clean the kitchen grout to our satisfaction. He stood behind his work 100% and worked with us until we were satisfied.
