Every time the weather goes bad the service goes out. I don't know if it is there fault but it goes out. I will continue to use them

Installation was fine, although they claim free installation, it ended up costing me right at $200 and I am still being charged a $10 rental fee every month! Also the download speed is horribly slow! I paid $14.95 a month with ATand T and loved the service, now I am paying over $100 a month and it is literally at least 8 to 10 times slower. DONT GET SUCKED IN TO THEIR FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS!!
