Fast response to install attic water heater. No problems concerning the installation. New water heater works fine.

David does quality work, he took out a wall, rewired electrical, rerouted plumbing, it was a little more work than the eye could see, but he was able to figure out what needed to be done to complete the job. Took a little longer than anticipated but, the finished job was absolutely beautiful. I wish I could post pictures of the before and after.

If honesty, integrity of work accomplished, completion of tasks contracted in a timely manner is desired do not hire this contractor. I will be happy for furnish a lot more reasons to not hire this contractor.

It's hard to write a review because only one of several projects was completed. For two weeks it's been a string of broken promises and missed appointments. One project was critically important and I finally hired someone else. Do NOT use this man if you expect work to be done in a timely fashion and to get a straight answer. Worst of the worst.

On time and worked full days. They cleaned up after their self and would put away there tools at the end of the day. I felt that I could trust them in my home. Polite and considerate. The wok they did was kitchen wall and counter work, electrical, roof on pergola and patio roof ,painted several doors. The work was beautiful and professional. They were mature men and new there manors. I am so pleased to show my friends an family the work I had done. Thank you David and Ken you both did a great job.

They were on time every day and worked full days. I never had to clean up after them. They would clean on a daily basic. They worked through lunch. They always put there tools away for the next day. Polite, respectful and very considerate. They did a beautiful job on remodeling, wiring, roofing and painting. I was extreamely happy and please to show my friends the work they did. It took them a good while to find the problem, but the price they charged was very reasonable for the time that they spent. I plan to make a list of task for them to do in the near future.

I needed a ceiling fan installed so he came early in the morning on his day off which also happened to be Valentines Day to install my fan. He really helped me out, I look forward to having them work on other projects around the house.

Hard to find electrical problem, but they tracked it down and got it fixed. Great service.

I hired David Cosgrove and he was great. He came out to see what needed to be done. Then he went to buy the materials needed and was back a few minutes later. He explained what needed to be done and did it efficiently and I couldn't be happier. As I was paying him he was giving me a card, I asked for extra cards so I could give them to friends that may need help around their homes������that is how happy and pleased I was with his work. I don't like referring people unless I am extremely pleased and that I was!

I hired Cosgrove to replace a ceiling fan. While in the process of doing so David noticed problems with the installation and more importantly the wiring of the old fan. He made sure to carefully explain what the problems were, to make sure I understood the problems, and to correct them. Very personable. I would not hesitate to call Cosgrove Construction again for future needs.

I had a door knob/handle fall off of my door. Mr Cosgrove contacted me right away and repaired it for me within a few hours of my call. He was able to fix the existing fixture and saved me the cost of replacing the fixture. I know a new front door handle would have cost more then the repair did because I was originally going to try to repair it myself until I noticed the fixture had no exterior screws. I was very happy with this solution.
