James was personable and professional and his assistant was extremely polite and helpful. They arrived at 0900 on my only day off and started work immediately. While waiting for some glue to dry, I asked James to adjust a few items like a faucet and shower drain. He went right to it and made me feel better about my concerns. He's efficient, timely and cost effective. He seemed more like friend then someone trying to take advantage of my lack of plumbing skills. He was patient and explained things so it was easy for me to understand. He will now be my go to guy. James and his assistant should be here with best of them. Thanks James.

The plumber came when he said he would, he fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.  I have used his services on my home, my mother's home and on several rental properties on several occasions and he always comes when he says he will, I have never had to call him back to fix the same problem because it was not fixed the first time and his pricing has always fair and honest.
