Complete Home Inspection
I was very impressed with Mr. Clint and the work that he did. He was very responsive and always available to answer any questions that I had regarding our soon to be home. After the appraisal was finished he took the time to explain everything that he found, and gave us suggestions on the steps we could take. I can tell that he is very passionate about his job and truly cares about helping each customer. I cannot thank him enough. If you are looking for a house inspector look no further. Mr. Clint is the guy to go with!

Clint was responsive in the initial calls and set-up, 100% professional in carrying out the inspections and simply top-notch. He arrived when he said he would, brought everything he needed, and left with zero indication that he had been there. Throughout the process he listened and cared about my specific items that needed attention, and answered inquiries knowledgeably. The inspection report was returned within a few days in a clean, digital format that I could forward to contractors as needed. We can highly recommend this professional.

Very professional and friendly. Not only did he inspect our home in a timely fashion BUT he allowed my husband and me to ask all the questions that concerned us. After he wrote the report he even called to explain the paperwork and what it all meant. Not to mention my 2 boys were running through the house the entire time of inspection and it didn't bother him one bit. That within itself deserves a five star lol.

Clint Young explains every detail from top to bottom. Ins and outs! He even gives extra helping tips. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly. He talks and explains while he works.He has a great personality, loves to talk and makes your house feel like a home. Our report came back with every detail in order&easy to read. I rate him above 5star.

My experience with Youngs Services was great from the start! I was in need of a general home inspection for a historic property that I am purchasing. Clint Young at Youngs Services came highly recommended by many. In a couple of days after calling Clint, he was on the property doing what he does best. The inspection took half of the day, and was a very thorough. His attention to every detail provided great comfort, especially because this home is very old and is unique in many ways. Hundreds of photographs were taken, and a very detailed report was delivered to me in no time. I would gladly recommend Clint and Youngs Services to anyone!

Clint is the absolute best and sweetest guy for any job! This was our first home purchase and he couldn't have been anymore thorough or informative. He really made the process so much smoother than anticipated. I couldn't have asked for anyone better! Well worth the price for the home inspection especially since we can always call him with any questions we have about absolutely anything at anytime! He was knowledgeable about everything I asked him. If I ever needed him for another inspection I will certainly call him. He is just so down to earth, the way he explains make you realize what you have on your hands. Most importantly his opinions are very useful, and after you hire him it doesn't stop there. The relationship doesn't stop after the inspection. I highly recommend Clint. Can't get no better! Good old country boy and just very good person.
