Job was to replace rotted wood around facia boards and soffets. Then re-shingle roof. While working on the roof, the patio cover collapsed. Added replacing patio roof to total job as business owner said he could do the job. Owner had no miter saw to saw angles so there are gaps in all board connections. Boards are uneven, cut wrong and mis-matched. The patio is terrible. Low quality lumber, impropper support on the columns and cut short. No connections line up. All woodwork with the exception of one strip of facia board is poor quality. But, the shingles look great.
